Shipping and delivery of products
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a message informing you about your order. If an item is out of stock, it cannot be purchased. The depiction of the product packaging you order may differ from the product packaging you receive. Risk of loss and title to products purchased on the Site pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. The time between your order and product delivery is not guaranteed.
Our company operates with the dropshipping method, therefore the delivery time is a function of the country of origin, the products and does not depend on our company.
Customs charge
If, due to the regulations of the customer’s country, the products will be charged with customs duty or any other additional charge, the amount will be paid by the Customer.
Return products
We follow European and Greek legislation. Only as a consumer you have the right to withdraw (cancel) within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product. This does not apply to products compliant with hygiene conditions. If a refund is involved, it should only be with our consent. Our company complies with European and Greek laws (Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, Directive 2000/31 / EC, Directive 97/7 / EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003, General Consumer Guidelines) govern the rights of consumers, e-commerce, e-contracts and e-transactions. A) We as a company do not provide any warranty for our products beyond any warranty that may arise from the manufacturer.
B) We do not accept products that have been tampered with and/or used.
